actually, i got ACL (ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT)...

hahaha,ianya berlaku sewaktu open tournament rugby 10's iium gombak...

waktu tue tgh main ngan alumni uia sbg opponent nyer..

it was a ruck.

then my side got the ball..

i got it and try to ran as fast as you can bcoz they had the lead, 21-0... (what a shame.... =( )

then there is a hole in the field,my leg got in it..

and then my knee got twisted!!!

ARGH!!!!! I SCREAM...

I STILL CAN REMEBER THE PAIN....

I STILL CAN REMEMBER THE SOUND "POP"......

sekarang dah seminggu selepas operation berlalu..

mule2 nyer mmg aku takut sgt tok melakukan operation nie..

gentar o...

mcm2 kan dgr side effect nyer, kne takutkan lagi..

nak xnak,hadapi jugak..

sbb nak men balik..

ianya adalah the best solutions..

hahahaha,okla sampai kat sini jerla..
